Tree Service and Landscape Salesman

Overview We are seeking a motivated and personable Tree and Landscape Salesperson to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their landscaping needs, and providing expert advice on trees, plants, and landscape solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor environments, excellent customer service skills, and a knack for sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic outdoor setting while helping clients enhance their properties. Duties • Greet customers professionally and assess their tree/landscaping needs • Provide expert recommendations on trees, shrubs, plants, and landscape materials • Assist customers in selecting appropriate products based on their property and preferences • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business • Promote additional products and services to meet sales goals • Prepare and deliver detailed quotes and proposals for tree/landscape projects • Coordinate with the team to ensure timely delivery of products and services • Maintain knowledge of current landscape trends, plant varieties, and industry standards • Ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service and follow-up Experience • Prior experience in tree service sales, customer service, or landscaping is preferred but not required; training will be provided • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex landscape concepts clearly • Passion for outdoor environments and an understanding of horticulture is a plus • Ability to build rapport with diverse clients and understand their unique needs • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement • Valid driver’s license is preferred for client visits or product deliveries This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, engaging with people, and have an interest in landscaping.
