We're seeking a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Tech Analyst (Greenhouse) to join our team in Boston, Denver, or San Francisco. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with innovative and passionate technology experts and business partners across Talent Acquisition. It is part of the broader People Technology team and will focus on maintaining and developing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse. How You Will Make a Difference: • Identify and resolve process gaps by reviewing Greenhouse configurations and workflows, enhancing user experience, data connections, and data integrity. • Serve as the primary technical support contact for Greenhouse ATS. • Collaborate with People Tech team members to build integrations and configurations between Workday and Greenhouse for optimal user experience. • Understand stakeholder needs to proactively develop solutions and provide strategic advice, focusing on desired outcomes. • Configure Greenhouse across global job templates for expansion. • Partner with recruiters and TA Ops to implement ATS best practices, new features, and process updates. • Work with people analytics teams to create reports, dashboards, and data connections to analyze recruitment metrics and improve TA effectiveness. • Manage the scope and execution of technology upgrades and process modifications. • Demonstrate strong project and time management skills, guiding stakeholders through requirements gathering, testing, and transition plans. • Stay informed on emerging trends, Greenhouse updates, and industry changes, especially in AI, to recommend improvements. Who You Are: • 4+ years in recruiting operations • 3+ years with Greenhouse • 1+ year experience with Workday • Experience developing scalable, innovative, global tech solutions for a publicly traded company • Motivated to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies • Self-starter willing to tackle challenging projects • Strong analytical skills with experience working across stakeholders • Creative, collaborative, and an active listener who strives to improve processes • Excellent communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills • Ability to work from Boston, Denver, or San Francisco office About Klaviyo Klaviyo is a leading marketing automation platform dedicated to accelerating revenue and customer connection for online businesses. Our salary range reflects U.S. geographic markets, with the base salary for this role between $100,000 and $150,000 USD, determined by skills, experience, and location.
