for hiring staffing discipline and terminations of team members including Animal Breeder positions. Position based in Crookston Nebraska. Person in this position may be assigned to farm worksite locations in Ainsworth Nebraska; and Columbus Nebraska as needed. Requires : High School diploma or GED. 30 months of experience in any sow farm position. Two years of experience in a swine production management position. Demonstrated understanding of swine care in all stages of production. Demonstrated experience leading teams at livestock farm sites.
