We are growing and currently seeking Snow Removal Crews for the winter snow season. If you’re outgoing, self-motivated, and have a strong passion for people and creating beautiful landscapes, you might be a great fit! Position Overview: This is a full time, year round position. We are seeking candidates that want to start working right now and are interested in moving into Turf/Garden/Irrigation/Construction in the Spring! Key Responsibilities: • Work on a Snow Removal crew using plow, blower, shovels or salting • Perform equipment maintenance • Attend weekly team meetings • Complete shop/cleaning duties Qualifications: • No experience required • Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Must be at least 18 years old • Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to lift heavy equipment Our Core Values: • Passion – We love what we do! • Trust – We can be counted on. • Discipline – We keep in order. • Lead – We do the right thing. • Results – We are proud of our work!
