Seasonal Gardener

Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. Join Epic’s Horticulture team as a Seasonal Gardener and help maintain our vibrant and diverse outdoor spaces. You’ll support horticulturists in the care of gardens, green roofs, prairies, and orchards, while also assisting with tasks like weeding, watering, mowing, trimming, composting, and mulching. This role is physically demanding and includes regular crouching, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50lbs — ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a dynamic, natural setting. We're hiring several passionate and detail-oriented gardeners who are ready to dig in. Pay starts at $22/hr. More than just important work.
