Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Ranch Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and animal husbandry, with the ability to perform various tasks essential to the daily operations of the ranch. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. What To Expect • $14.45/hr starting pay • Guaranteed Raise after 90 days • 20- 30 hours guaranteed • Flexible Schedule • 403b and Workers Comp • Work on Sundays Responsibilities • Supervise daily farm operations, such as feeding horses and cleaning stalls, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. • Provide care for horses and small animals, including feeding, cleaning stalls, and monitoring health conditions. • Assist in the maintenance of farm equipment and facilities. • Operate machinery for transporting feed, supplies, and equipment around the ranch. • Perform heavy lifting tasks as required for various farm activities. • Maintain accurate records of animal care and equipment maintenance performed by the Ranch Hand. • Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and safe working environment. Qualifications • Ability to lift 50+ Ibs and to stand extended amounts of time. • Ranch Hand experience is a plus but not mandatory! • Excellent communication/ time management and problem-solving skills • Adaptability!
