Mom’s Design Build is most award-winning Design Build firm in Minnesota! The “Mom’s” name comes from the belief we hold that people matter. We are growing and looking for a Professional Gardener to join our already amazing team. Applicants must LOVE working with people, be able to wear many hats in one day, be enthusiastic and have excellent communications skills. Reporting to the Property Manager, the Professional Gardener is responsible for maintaining gardening needs for client properties. The individual must efficiently and safely execute the technical, physical and manual tasks of maintaining properties while maintaining open communication with the Property Manager. The individual will carry out direction from the Property Manager in a variety of manual and equipment assisted tasks while working to achieve high standards in a timely manner. The position requires a team-oriented attitude to implement all activities on job sites.
