Large-scale poultry operation seeking experienced house manager to oversee multiple broiler houses in South Georgia. Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations of 4 broiler houses • Monitor bird health and growth rates • Maintain ventilation and climate control systems • Coordinate with integrator on flock placement • Supervise house cleanout and preparation • Record keeping and compliance documentation Requirements: • 3+ years poultry house management experience • Knowledge of broiler production systems • Mechanical skills for equipment maintenance • Strong attention to detail • Available for early morning and weekend checks • Reliable transportation
