Orchard Manager

Seeking an experienced orchard manager to oversee our 200-acre apple and cherry operation in prime fruit-growing region. Responsibilities: • Plan and execute annual pruning schedule • Manage integrated pest management program • Coordinate with farm crew on daily tasks • Oversee harvest operations and labor • Maintain spray records and food safety documentation • Equipment operation and maintenance Requirements: • 5+ years orchard management experience • Pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain • Knowledge of apple and stone fruit production • Strong leadership and communication skills • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred • CDL a plus
