Maple Syrup Producer

Family maple operation seeking year-round employee to manage our 5,000-tap sugarbush and syrup production. Responsibilities: • Maintain tubing system and collection equipment • Operate reverse osmosis and evaporator • Monitor sap flow and plan boiling schedule • Grade and bottle finished syrup • Equipment maintenance and repair • Woods work during off-season (thinning, tapping) Requirements: • Maple syrup production experience preferred • Mechanical aptitude for equipment repair • Able to work long hours during sap season • Comfortable working in cold weather • Valid driver's license • Forestry knowledge a plus
