Job Details Live Production - Monroe, NC Full TimeDescription Farm Hand Position Summary The Farm Hand supports daily agricultural operations across Circle S Ranch locations by assisting with farm maintenance, delivering supplies, collecting samples, and performing general labor tasks. This position plays an important role in ensuring smooth and efficient farm operations, maintaining quality standards, and supporting both production and animal care needs. Key Responsibilities • Deliver medication, shavings, and other supplies to company farms and partner locations in a safe and timely manner • Collect samples (e.g., feed, litter, or environmental) from farms as directed and deliver to designated testing facilities • Assist with farm maintenance tasks including cleaning, repairing equipment, and basic upkeep of facilities • Load and unload materials using appropriate tools or equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) • Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and documentation for sample collection • Follow all safety and biosecurity procedures when entering or leaving farm sites • Support other departments with general labor, deliveries, or errands as needed • Communicate effectively with farm managers and supervisors regarding supply levels, maintenance issues, or operational needs Qualifications • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required • Previous experience in agriculture, farm work, or related field preferred • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team Schedule Full-time position with varying hours depending on operational needs, including some weekends or extended days during peak seasons.
