Visit lmlestatemanagement.com to learn more about our company and to view our work Responsibilities and Knowledge: Assume full ownership of the properties and build relationships with our clients Exceeding clients expectations on a daily basis Management of crew, truck, equipment and daily routes Daily review of schedule and planning with team to maintain efficiency Daily management of hours and quality control of each job Ability to train new crew members REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in landscape maintenance and mowing • Equipment Experience is a must • Strong and effective communication skills • Time management skills • Chemical Applicator License preferred, but not required • Valid Indiana Driver’s License ABOUT THE COMPANY
