Job description GroundsCo, a commercial and industrial grounds management group, celebrating 26 years, is seeking to fill a few full-time positions! We are hiring experienced lawn and landscape maintenance crew leads to perform grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, leaf collection, plant and mulch installation, shrub and tree pruning, and irrigation system repairs. During the colder months (December through February) we perform snow removal and deicing, prepare tools and equipment for the warmer season. Full time, year-round. No winter layoffs here. 8-10 hours per day Monday through Thursday and typically a short-day Friday Safety first environment.Company provided PPE.
