H&M is looking for Snow Removal Employees this winter season. Work close to your house in the Northeast Ohio area including Lake, Cuyahoga, Summit, Portage and Geauga Counties. Bring friends and family to work with you. What you’ll do: • Sidewalk Clearing by hand or with equipment • Operating snowplows and tractors equipped with plows. • Clearing snow from roads, parking lots, and other areas. • Spreading salt and sand for ice control. • Maintaining equipment to ensure it’s in good working condition. Who we’re looking for: • Willing to be on-call 24/7 when snow falls. • Knowledgeable of basic snow removal practices. • Familiarity with snow removal equipment. Pay rates: Walkway team $25-$30 hr Machine operator Bob Cat & Loader $25-$40 hr Plow Truck/Salt truck $25-$35 hr Sub contractors (must have own equipment): Plow truck with equipment $55-$70 hr Bobcat with equipment $65-$80 hr Large Loader $90-$150 hr Walkway with UTV $30-$45 hr Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour Work Location: In person
