Our mission is to provide exceptional guest experiences in an inclusive, outdoor-focused setting. Job Description: We’re seeking a skilled Ranch Hand to join our on-site team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, tackling a variety of maintenance projects, and helping support ranch guests and day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: • Perform daily care and handling of ranch animals, including feeding, watering, and observing health • Maintain and repair ranch property, guest facilities, buildings, cabins, fences, and grounds • Operate and service equipment and vehicles (tractors, mowers, snow removal tools, etc.) • Complete routine property checks and perform occasional minor plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical fixes • Support landscaping, irrigation, groundskeeping, snow removal, and weed control • Coordinate with staff, guests, and volunteers to maintain a positive, inclusive ranch environment • Pitch in across other ranch duties as needed, especially in hospitality and guest support Qualifications: • Previous experience in ranch, farm, property, or general facility maintenance required • Working knowledge of equipment repair, landscaping tools, and minor electrical/plumbing/carpentry • Ability to handle physically demanding outdoor tasks in all weather • Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills • High school diploma or equivalent (maintenance or agricultural training a plus) • Must be able to safely operate ranch equipment and tools Benefits: • Competitive salary: $32,000 – $38,000 DOE • Free, on-site housing at Erik’s Ranch • Work amid Montana’s scenic landscapes • Supportive, engaging team and a guest-focused environment • Opportunities to learn new skills and grow in ranch operations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $32,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
