Greenhouse ATS Implementation Consultant

Greenhouse ATS Implementation Consultant (Part-Time, Temporary) Remote while located in MA, NH, or RI We are seeking a highly experienced Greenhouse ATS Implementation Consultant for a part-time temporary contract engagement. This remote role requires a professional who has previously implemented Greenhouse and can manage the process autonomously with minimal direction. Engagement Details • Start Date: December 1, 2025• Total Time Commitment: We anticipate 20 hours per week for six weeks, with possible extension. • Location: Remote (must be available during Eastern Time for scheduled meetings) • Compensation: $40-$50/hour based on experience • Remote. Must be located in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Rhode Island. Key Deliverables • Consulting on recruitment workflow best practices within the context of this organization • Fully configured Greenhouse ATS instance • Documentation of configuration and workflows • Creation and organization of training materials • Build-out of workflows within ATS based on client requests Collaboration The consultant will collaborate with the following team members:HR Strategy and Program ManagerTalent Acquisition ManagerChief People OfficerHead of Information TechnologyHR Generalist Qualifications • Proven experience implementing Greenhouse ATS • Ability to work independently and manage processes with minimal supervision • Strong communication and organizational skills
