The Role: General Manager As General Manager, you will take full ownership of day-to-day operations and work closely with ownership to execute the long-term vision of the company. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and optimize operations across all service divisions • Hire, train, and retain high-performing teams • Ensure quality, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Develop and implement systems and processes for scalable growth • Oversee budgets, job costing, and operational KPIs • Drive expansion into new markets and support strategic initiatives What We’re Looking For We want a leader who is not only experienced — but driven, solution-oriented, and ready to grow.
