Gardener Position at Holly Hill and Company: Gardening tasks such as seed sowing, planting, weeding, watering, harvesting and rinsing/packing at the Holly Hill Inn are the primary focus in this position. Following guidance from DirtWorks manager, other jobs of landscape management and kitchen support are to be performed as needed, such as patio garden clean-up and indoor plant maintenance at other restaurant locations, delivery of produce to various locations, light prep of harvested vegetables and herbs, clean-up of branches, autumn leaves, compost program maintenance, path and trail maintenance, mulching, etc. Holly Hill & Co is a family of restaurants owned by award winning Chef and Restaurateur, Ouita Michel.
