As a Gardener, you’ll play an important role in maintaining our beautiful grounds and supporting a safe, peaceful environment for residents, staff, and visitors alike. What You’ll Do: • Mow lawns, edge sidewalks and driveways, and prune trees and shrubs. • Maintain planters, lawns, and landscaped areas. • Clean rain gutters, street drains, and rooftops. • Assist with sprinkler repairs, installations, and event setup. • Operate and maintain gardening tools, power equipment, and vehicles. • Follow safety guidelines and contribute to a positive team culture. • At least one year of experience in grounds or landscape maintenance. • Knowledge of mechanical gardening equipment and safe tool use. • Valid California driver’s license with a good driving record. • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
