Farm Market & Store Manager The Farm Market & Store Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of our farm store and farmers market presence. This includes coordinating product transport and display, handling wholesale deliveries, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming and organized retail space. Key Responsibilities: • Farmers Market & Deliveries • Pack, load, and transport farm produce (must lift up to 50+ lbs). • Drive to markets and wholesale locations (30+ miles) using the farm delivery vehicle. • Create attractive, well-organized market displays. • Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service aligned with farm values. • Farm Store Management • Stock, clean, and organize the farm store and signage. • Manage inventory, communicate with farm staff, and order specialty goods. • Oversee the front desk, customer interactions, and point-of-sale operations (Squarespace). • Manage social media and marketing for the farm store. • General • Participate in monthly staff meetings. • Foster positive, communicative relationships with staff and customers. • Support daily operations such as labeling products, organizing displays, and assisting with community chores.
