Foreman, Landscape Hardscape

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Hardscape crew lead to work along side the landscape department supervisor. Will include installation, construction, and maintenance of hardscape elements within landscape projects. This role is vital in ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency on job sites. As a key leader, you will coordinate teams, manage project timelines, and ensure client satisfaction through expert execution of hardscape features such as patios, retaining walls, pathways, and other structural landscape components. Your expertise in landscaping and construction will drive successful project completion while fostering a positive team environment. Duties • Lead the installation of hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and other structural elements • Oversee site preparation, grading, excavation, and foundation work to ensure proper setup for hardscape installation • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies • Collaborate with project managers and clients to interpret design plans and specifications accurately • Manage materials procurement, inventory control, and equipment usage to optimize productivity • Extensive experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping design, and hardscape construction • Proven supervising experience leading teams on large-scale landscape projects • Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, gardening principles and horticulture fundamentals • Skilled in irrigation system installation and maintenance to support healthy landscapes • Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design plans effectively • Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to motivate teams and liaise with clients • Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and landscape operations • Capable of performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment used in landscape hardscape work Join us as a Crew Lead Landscape/Hardscape to bring innovative outdoor spaces to life!
