Farm Laborer – Seasonal Livestock

On farms, seasonal work involving weaning of calves, including acclimatization to new environments, and assisting with socialization of calves. Workers will be responsible for gradually reducing calves’ dependency on their mother’s milk and will help the calves transition to a solid food diet. Introduce alternative sources of nutrition. Introduce pellets, hay, and corn to the diet when calves are ready.
