Farm Laborer

Looking to hire for the 2026 season farm laborers for an Organic Farm. We are multi-generational family owned and operated Organic Farm. Located in a three County area of Central Arkansas. We currently grow Organic Rice, Corn, and Soy Beans. Being organic, we do not rely upon chemicals to control weeds and broadleaves. Instead, we rely on the dedicated, hardworking efforts of our Farm Laborers. Needless to say, this job is not for everyone. Please note that is not a request for equipment operators, but is solely for hand laborers. Duties include, but are not limited too, pulling and disposing of weeds, installation and removing of rice levy gates, cleaning and maintaining of farm equipment, installation and removal of polypipe, and other duties as assigned. Working conditions include 10-12 hour days sometimes without a break for a couple of weeks, ie. planting season, with generous supplies of mosquitos and poisonous reptiles. Includes stooping and standing in open fields without shade for hours at a time. Must be able to lift 75+ pounds. Salary/Compensation: $13.40 - $16.80 per hourrecblid o3576eft07khqtocr0ddapiq7nqsq1
