Farm Help

Looking to hire another full time employee to help out around the farm. Must be able bodied, willing to work outside and get dirty. We work a lot of hours certains times of the year, including several weekends. Weekly hours range from around 40 in the winter to up to around 70 spring and fall. We are locating just south of Owensboro in Utica. Looking for somebody with some experience would also be a big plus. Regular jobs on the farm could consist of • Operating small and large equipment. • Feeding and working cattle • Servicing equipment • Washing • Hauling grain (cdl not require) • Possibly fencing • Welding is possible • Grain system maintenance • Must have valid drivers license • We work mainly out of the Utica area and south of owensboro Starting Pay would vary from about $18-$20 depending on experience and ability. After some time we do offer raises, bonuses, 401K match, and health insurance.
