Farm Hand

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Farm Helper to assist with the maintenance of our 55-acre farm in Burton, Texas. This part-time position offers 10-15 hours per week, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and helping maintain a beautiful farm environment. Job Description: As a Farm Helper, you will be responsible for the following tasks: • Lawn Mowing: Regular mowing of lawns and open fields across the property to maintain neat, well-kept areas. • Fenceline Cleaning: Clearing overgrowth, weeds, and debris along fences and gates to ensure safe and efficient upkeep. • General Farm Maintenance: Helping with various outdoor tasks such as raking leaves, trimming shrubs, clearing paths, and general yard work. • Landscape Maintenance: Assisting with maintaining the farm’s overall appearance through mowing, weeding, and upkeep of open areas. • Additional Duties: Occasionally helping with other farm-related projects as needed. Requirements: • Previous experience in lawn care or outdoor maintenance is preferred. • Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and take pride in quality work. • Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. • Reliable transportation to the farm is required. • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Work Schedule: • Flexible 10-15 hours per week. The schedule can be adjusted to fit your availability, with work to be completed during daylight hours.
