Farm Associate- Washing Position

Job Description: Renuable is a small composting company that has been growing quickly across Florida, we provide businesses and residents with easy and convenient composting services. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about sustainability and is capable of a physically demanding, outdoor position. If you're not afraid of getting your hands dirty and enjoy physical work in all weather, this could be the job for you! Job Summary: You'll be responsible for cleaning buckets, drums, and toters used to collect organic materials. This is a physically demanding job that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. Responsibilities: • Heavy-Duty Cleaning: Thoroughly washing and sanitizing buckets, drums, and toters used for commercial and residential organic waste collection. This involves scrubbing and using cleaning solutions to ensure they are ready for reuse. • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of farm and office. This includes daily tidying of the farm and office. • Use of hand tools and potentially power tools for various tasks. Qualifications: • Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.) and with organic waste (food scraps, etc.). • Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 pounds. • Must be comfortable with physically strenuous tasks. • A strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential.
