DAY TIME - Snow Shoveling 2025/2026

VALUES: Desire to be great Excellent Attitude Hardworking Attention to Detail Motivated Exceptional Customer Service Do TheRight Thing Every time Responsibilities: • Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and other areas as assigned for both residential and commercial sites using company supplied equipment. • Apply salt or other de-icing materials to ensure safe walking conditions. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and equipment. • Report any hazards or areas needing attention to dispatch or supervisors. • Work efficiently and safely to meet all deadlines and requirements. • Maintain good attendance and arrival as promptly as possible for each snow event you are called for. • The hours will typically be between 7:00am to 7:00pm. Please note that times and shifts could fluctuate more or less based on snow event, routes, and/or snow conditions. Requirements: • Valid driver's license. Two years of driving experience with a clean record required. • Reliable transportation to various job sites. • Ability to work outdoors in cold and snowy conditions. • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, such as shoveling and lifting. • Punctual, dependable, and a team player. • Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Keep in Mind: Please let us know if you are looking for year-round employment. A seasonal winter position can easily lead to a seasonal spring or full-time position if you are interested.
