Role Description: This is a full-time position that will provide administrative support to our Landscape Finished Sales department. This position offers the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities within the Sales department, creating potential pathways for future growth. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work long hours including weekends during the months of April, May, September, and October. The hired candidate must also be willing to travel out of state (with advance notice given). The candidate hired will work directly with our Landscape Sales Specialist to ensure efficient operations based on, but not limited to, the responsibilities listed below. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Support Liaison to serve as the vital bridge between our organization and our valued clients. In this role, you will foster strong relationships, manage key accounts, and drive business growth through strategic communication and tailored solutions. Your energetic approach will help expand our market presence, enhance customer satisfaction, and generate new opportunities. This position offers an exciting chance to leverage your sales expertise, management skills, and passion for business development to make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities: · Process daily order entry expeditiously with careful attention to detail. · Assist with identifying and resolving problems as they arise. · Assist with coordinating deliveries and communicating those details to customers promptly. · Maintain accurate customer information using a CRM database. · Manage multiple spreadsheets and projects. · Answer questions and requests from customers phone calls/e-mails. · Develop written procedures to existing processes and identify potential areas of improvement to increase process efficiency. · Organize & inspect shipments for outgoing Landscape orders. · Develop and maintain customer relationships. · Locate and review plants in the greenhouse for quality, quantity, and status as needed. · Run reports for both internal and external use involving sales analysis and order entry data. · Travel with the Landscape Sales Specialist to visit existing and prospective customers. · Support the Landscape Sales Specialist by assisting with pre-order bookings, weekly sales reporting, and other administrative support tasks that arise. Qualifications: · High-school diploma or equivalent. · Two or more years of experience in sales and customer service. · Advanced knowledge of Microsoft functions with emphasis on Excel. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly. · Ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects/tasks at once. · Strong written & verbal communication skills. · Strong time management skills; punctual. · Reliable transportation.
