Blueberry Farm Supervisor

Major blueberry producer in South Georgia seeks experienced supervisor to manage field operations during our growing and harvest seasons. Responsibilities: • Supervise field crews of 20-40 workers • Coordinate harvest timing and quality • Manage pruning and plant care schedules • Oversee irrigation and fertigation • Monitor pest and disease pressure • Maintain production records Requirements: • Supervisory experience in agriculture • Knowledge of blueberry production preferred • Strong bilingual English/Spanish required • Excellent organizational skills • Valid driver's license • Experience with H-2A workers a plus
