Agriculture Laborer**

**Overview:** CHS Inc. is seeking a skilled Agriculture Laborer to join our agronomy team in Holyoke, CO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for running daily operations at our local facility, ensuring efficient crop protection and application services to Eastern Colorado and Southwestern Nebraska. **Responsibilities:** • Under general supervision, carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently • Develop and maintain knowledge of the commodities handled at the location and comply with company policy and government regulations • Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner • Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment • Control and monitor all load out functions • Conduct and properly record daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks • Deliver products to customer sites • Keep all work areas in a clean, orderly and safe condition • Perform grounds maintenance and warehouse work as needed • *Qualifications:** • Must meet minimum age requirement • 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations • Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile • Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands • High School diploma or GED preferred • Agriculture or similar experience preferred • *Benefits:** • Competitive total rewards package • Compensation includes base wage and may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions • Medical, dental, vision, wellness programs, life insurance, health and dependent care spending accounts, paid time off, 401(k), pension, profit sharing, short- and long-term disability, tuition reimbursement and adoption assistance, subject to eligibility requirements for each benefit plan
