Job Description We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our Field Crew as Agricultural Workers. This entry-level position is perfect for those looking to start a career in agriculture, offering hands-on experience in various farming operations. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the daily success of our groves and ensuring the health and productivity of our crops. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training for all tasks. This is a physically demanding role performed outdoors in various weather conditions, requiring dedication and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities • Perform general manual labor tasks related to crop cultivation and harvesting, including planting, weeding, pruning, and picking. • Operate basic farm equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision. • Assist with irrigation system setup, maintenance, and repair. • Monitor crop health, identifying and reporting any signs of pests, diseases, or nutritional deficiencies. • Help with the preparation of fields for planting and post-harvest clean-up. • Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment. • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals. Required Skills • Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions (heat, humidity, rain). • Strong work ethic and reliability. • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. • Basic communication skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and farming techniques. • Must be authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in any outdoor labor-intensive role. • Basic understanding of agricultural practices. • Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
